Our company projects use electronically controlled power units.
Because of electronic control;
Greater tolerance of oil heat,
Lower energy costs and power capacity,
By keeping the short-shifting, shortening the total travel time.
Increasing the speed of landing without additional cost and compromising the concession to 50%
Compensation of load and temperature changes can easily be achieved.

Cylinders used in hydraulic elevators are generally single acting and are suitable for vertical direction only.
Single Stage Cylinders
The cylinders used in indirect drive systems (1: 2) are of the plunger type. These cylinders have only a sealing assembly at the throat and only the felts and the honed outer surface of the piston rod are in contact with each other. Due to its simple structure, maintenance and repair of these cylinders is extremely easy and cheap.
They can be manufactured in two or multiple parts against transportation and installation problems in places with high travel distance.
Multistage (Telescopic) Cylinders:
In direct-drive systems (1: 1), two and three-stage telescopic cylinders are used depending on the travel distance.
Unlike the cylinders used in the industry, the stages of the telescopic cylinders used in elevators are obliged to work synchronously. The stages come out and go down at the same moment and in equal measure.
Pulling Cylinders:
The towing cylinders are used in elevators with high travel distances. There is no flapping problem due to the fact that they work in the pull direction. This cylinder can also be manufactured in two or multiple parts against the problem of transportation and assembly.
In hydraulic elevators, the hydraulic connection between the power unit and the cylinder is made with special 2 or 4 layer steel braided high pressure hoses. The bursting pressures of these hoses are well above the operating pressures and are unlikely to explode in normal operation. However, all kinds of safety precautions must be taken due to the fact that the system is a human transport system.
A safety valve is provided at the cylinder inlet for damage to hose bursts or joints. This valve is only a hydromechanical and adjustable safety valve effective in the direction of descent.
The setting parameter is the amount of oil flow proportional to the lift speed. (Flow = ltr. / Min.). If the nominal speed of the elevator exceeds 1.35 times, this valve locks itself with the dynamic pressure effect and softly stops the downward movement of the cylinder. Re-commissioning of this valve is only possible if the elevator is operated upwards.
Our company uses the products and projects of German WEBER GmbH company in control systems.
The control system fully fulfills the requirements of the hydraulic elevator standards and can be programmed according to the operating conditions of the elevator.

Optional Equipment
In order to reduce the inrush current and to prevent the voltage drop in the hydraulic elevator drives, the motor starter can be realized by star / delta connection.
However, the star / delta connection does not show the effect obtained in industrial motors, hydraulic elevator motors operating in oil. In the triangular transition, engine revolutions, flywheels and the oil that they work in are significantly reduced due to frictional resistance and bring a demurrage current close to pole lift.
The star / triangle connection with the contactors also causes short-time high current peaks electrically. Current peaks can also damage other electronic circuits used in the control system.
A mechanical product, the contactor has a limited lifetime, is noisy and requires periodic maintenance.
In our high capacity elevators, which require large drive motors, the engine is carried out with the electronic Softstarter. The electronic softstarter power-unit is mounted in place of the terminal box and prevents all the negativity of the contactors in use.
According to the hydraulic elevator standards, deflections that may occur during loading and unloading at floor levels and possible oil leaks should be automatically compensated.
During auto leveling the cab speed should be max. 0,3 m / s and this speed should be controlled.
Our company carries out the automatic leveling with an additional drive group of small power (1,5-4 kW), not the main drive motor, in the high-capacity elevators which require large drive motors.
This drive unit is mounted on the unit and only enters the circuit during the up-leveling. The aim here is to bring the cabin escape cabin back to the floor level with a current of about 10% of the rated rated current and without a main switch in the main engine and at a controlled speed and very short reaction time.
Thanks to the automatic leveling additional drive group, the floor setting of the cabin can be realized with a precision of + -3mm and a great saving of energy is ensured by the fact that the main drive group is not used.
